Information Requests

What information is publicly available

For each certified organisation, BCERT LTD makes the following information publicly available, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 Clause 8.1.2:

• Name of the certified organisation
• City and country of the certified organisation
• Standard(s) to which the management system is certified
• Scope of certification
• Effective dates and current status of the certificate (Active, Suspended, or Withdrawn)

This information is available through the Certificate Registry or upon written request.

How to submit an information request

Requests for information about a certified organisation may be submitted by email to:

Please include: the name of the organisation, the certificate number (if known), and the purpose of your request. BCERT LTD will respond within five (5) working days.

Confidential information

Information beyond the above — including audit findings, nonconformity details, or commercially sensitive client information — is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the express written consent of the certified organisation, except where required by law or by BCERT LTD's accreditation conditions.
